- Information shall be used solely for the purpose for which it was provided.

5. Customer Commitment
We commit to our customers that:

- Project details and site information remain strictly between you and Solartrix.
- Lucky Draw entry data is kept confidential and not shared externally.
6. Breach of Confidentiality
Any breach of this policy by an employee or partner will result in:
- Immediate disciplinary action including possible termination
- Legal proceedings for damages under applicable Indian law
- Reporting to relevant authorities if customer data is compromised
7. Duration
Confidentiality obligations continue for a period of 5 years from the date of receiving confidential information, or for the duration of the business relationship, whichever is longer.
