- PM Suryaghar Yojana and PM KUSUM application assistance
- Solar subsidy documentation and processing
- Free Lucky Draw for 2kW Solar System
- Solar product sales and consultation
- Customer referral programs
3. Lucky Draw Terms
- The Lucky Draw is open to residents of Haryana with a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID.
- Only one entry per family (identified by unique mobile number, email, and electricity account) is allowed.
- Duplicate entries using the same mobile number, email ID, or electricity bill account number will be automatically rejected.
- The winner must provide roof space (minimum 20 sq. ft.) for system installation.
- The prize is a 2kW On-Grid Solar System with free installation and documentation.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Draw will be conducted transparently at Solartrix office, Hisar.
- Winners will be announced on our website and WhatsApp.
- Solartrix reserves the right to cancel or modify the Lucky Draw at any time.
4. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate and truthful information in all forms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our website or systems.
- Submission of false information may result in disqualification and legal action.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Solar system prices are subject to change based on market conditions and government policies.
- Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
- Subsidies are subject to government approval and are not guaranteed by Solartrix.
- All payments must be made through authorized channels only.
6. Installation & Warranty
- Installation timelines depend on site readiness and documentation completion.
- Solar panels come with manufacturer warranty (typically 25 years for panels, 5-10 years for inverters).
- Workmanship warranty as per the project agreement.
- Warranty claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase and installation details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Monitrix Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
